Shopping Basics

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your HighAF account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You’ll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

The products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale. Please use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed of the product’s availability on HighAF.

An item is marked as ‘Out of stock’ when it is not available  at the moment; you won’t be able to buy it now. Use ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it’s available at store for purchase.

Payments

Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world./SEPA DIRECT DEBIT /iDEAL/ALIPAY/PAYPAL

Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorised by the owner of the card. When we’re not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorised.

Shipping & Returns

We don’t currently ship to the following countries and territories: Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

There are some products that we’ll ship separately due to packaging differences, but we are working on optimizing the process. These products are mugs, wall art, stickers, apparels

In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
